Jan Lazardzig

Jan Lazardzig studied history and theatre studies. He subsequently worked as a research associate at the Institute of Theatre Studies at Freie Universität Berlin. From 2001 to 2010, he was a member of the Collaborative Research Centre “Cultures of the Performative,” where he worked on experimental cultures in the arts and sciences. In the winter semester of 2010–11, he held a visiting professorship in aesthetics and theatre studies at the Münster School of Art. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Feodor Lynen Research Fellow in the Department of Germanic Studies at the University of Chicago.
