Friedemann Kreuder

Friedemann Kreuder (Prof. Dr.) is a German theatre scholar and professor of theatre studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. He led the theatre studies subproject of the DFG Research Group 1939 “Un/doing Differences” and served as spokesperson for the International Doctoral Programme “Performance and Media Studies.” His publications address Richard Wagner, religious drama, eighteenth-century theatre, contemporary theatre, and the director Klaus Michael Grüber.
