Fabrice Tarrin

Fabrice Tarrin was born in Neuilly in 1971. He studied art at the École Estienne in Paris and subsequently worked at the Nawak and de Vosges studios. In 1991, he began his professional career as an artist for Spirou magazine, drawing one-page features and short stories. His first album, “Les Aventures de Monsieur Tuetout,” was created in collaboration with Fred Neidhardt and published by Soleil in 1997. Tarrin later assisted Lewis Trondheim on animated films based on the stories “La Mouche” and “Jack et Marcel.” With Tronchet, he created the character Violine; the series of the same name began in Spirou in 2001.
