Daniel Mettler is a Swiss specialist in agriculture and rural development. At AGRIDEA, Switzerland’s agricultural advisory centre, he established the organisation’s specialist office for livestock protection. His professional expertise includes alpine farming and agriculture in mountainous regions. The Alpine region has shaped his professional and personal interests for more than 30 years. Mettler is married and has four daughters.
