Charlotte Richter-Peill was born in Nuremberg in 1969 and also publishes under the pseudonym Charlotte Richter. She received a literary fellowship from the Café Royal Cultural Foundation, two fellowships from the state of Schleswig-Holstein, and the Hamburg Literary Advancement Award three times. From 1995 onward, Writers’ Room e.V. served as an important place for her literary work alongside her desk.
