Benito Bause

Benito Bause (born in 1991 in Warstein, Germany) studied acting at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy University of Music and Theatre in Leipzig. During his studies, he performed at the Neues Theater Halle. He was engaged at Schauspielhaus Zürich from 2017 to 2019 and was a member of the ensemble at Munich’s Residenztheater until 2022. He became known for leading roles in the series »All You Need« and »Doppelhaushälfte« and also appeared in »Neumatt« and the feature film »Zwischen uns«. Bause received the Marina Busse Solo Prize in 2016, the Halle Friends’ Circle Theatre Award for Best Actor in 2017, and the Quotenmeter Television Award for Best Lead Actor in 2022.
