Hella von Sinnen

Hella von Sinnen is a German actress, entertainer, author, and audiobook and voice actress. She became known in 1988 as co-host of the RTL television show “Alles nichts, oder?!”, which she presented with Hugo Egon Balder. Her notable television work also includes the quiz and entertainment show “Genial daneben”. As a voice actress, she provided the voice of the hyena Shenzi in the “The Lion King” films and performed roles in “The Little Polar Bear” audio plays. Her awards include the Bambi, the German Television Award, the Romy, and several German Comedy Awards. In 2009, she and Cornelia Scheel received the Rosa Courage Award for their commitment to combating discrimination against homosexual people.
