Regina Polak

Regina Polak (born 1967) is a Catholic pastoral theologian. She studied philosophy and theology in Vienna and Spiritual Theology in the Interreligious Process in Salzburg. At the Faculty of Catholic Theology of the University of Vienna, she has held academic positions at the Institute of Practical Theology, including a professorship and an associate professorship. Her scholarly work addresses interreligious dialogue, research on values, religion and migration, and the transformation of the Church. Her publications include the volume “Values – Politics – Religion: The European Values Study. In-depth-Analysis – Interdisciplinary Perspectives – Future Prospects,” published by Springer in 2023.
