Michael Schickenberg

Michael Schickenberg, born in 1975, studied English and American Studies, Scandinavian Studies and German Studies in Greifswald, Poughkeepsie and Cádiz. Since 2007, he has worked as a freelance translator from English and Norwegian. Authors whose works he has translated include Mohammed Hanif, Brandon Taylor, John Boyne and Tom Barbash. His translations include both novels and nonfiction.
