Markus Walther
Author · 7 books
Markus Walther was born in Cologne in 1972. Trained as a commercial sign maker, he became self-employed as a calligrapher in 1998; alongside his interest in painting, he subsequently developed a passion for writing. His early work focused on short and very short stories. After publishing three short-story collections, he released, among other works, the fantasy novels „Buchland“, „Beatrice“ and „Bibliophilia“, as well as the crime comedy „Der Letzte beißt die Hunde“. His writing spans several genres and, by his own account, often combines cliché and punchline.
