Thomas Christen

Thomas Christen studied German literature and sociology at the University of Trier and later agricultural sciences at the University of Bonn. After working for around two decades in a Heidelberg classical music production company, he founded the audiovisual concept label tomtone music in 2000. Over more than twenty years, he wrote lyrics for artists including Udo Jürgens, Milva and Veronika Fischer, as well as for the Bremen ensemble Mellow Melange. He also wrote two screenplays for music features commissioned by ZDF and published novels, short stories and poetry, including “Die Gesellschaft der Quartiersleute,” issued by acabus Verlag.
