Fritz B. Simon

Fritz B. Simon is a physician, psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, systemic therapist and organisational consultant. He was Professor of Leadership and Organisation at the Institute for Family Businesses at Witten/Herdecke University and co-founded Simon, Weber & Friends Systemische Organisationsberatung GmbH. As an author and editor, he published around 300 scholarly articles and 37 books, which have been translated into 15 languages. His publications include “Stalin und der Apparat,” “Die kommenden Diktaturen” and “Gewalt gegen sich selbst – paradoxe Formen des Widerstands.”
