Torsten Groth

Torsten Groth is a social scientist with a degree in social sciences and an organisational consultant. He worked as a lecturer at the Witten Institute for Family Business (WIFU) at Witten/Herdecke University. His areas of expertise include the leadership and long-term viability of family businesses, family strategy and succession management. He also worked as a systemic consultant and as a speaker and trainer on applications of systems theory in management and consulting.
