Dana Schwarz-Haderek

Dana Schwarz-Haderek (born 1977 in Greiz, Germany) is a German author and visual artist. From 2014 onward, she published prose and poetry with the Leipzig-based adakia Verlag, including the novel *Equinox* and the poetry collections *Zeitfenster* and *Lebenslieder*. After training as a bank clerk, she studied business education and English studies at the University of Jena. She worked as a teacher of business administration and English at a vocational school and was also active as a painter and body-painting artist. Together with singer-songwriter Steve Schubert, she performed as “Filigrane Klangwelten,” combining music with readings of poetry and prose.
