Arne Zank

Arne Zank was born and attended school in Hamburg. After abandoning vocational training programs, including ones in opticianry and orthopedic mechanics, he began studying illustration with a focus on children’s books. He did not complete the course because his work as the drummer of the band Tocotronic increasingly demanded more of his time. He later returned to drawing with renewed focus.
