Anna Silber was born in Mödling in 1995 and grew up in Germany. She studied transcultural communication and international business in Vienna. Her literary work has received numerous grants, emerging-writer awards and scholarships. Her debut novel, “Chopinhof-Blues,” was published by Picus Verlag in 2022. In 2023, she represented Austria at the European Festival of the Debut Novel. The same year, she published her second novel, “Das Meer von unten,” also with Picus Verlag.
