Anette Sosna

Anette Sosna is a professor of German language and literature education. She has worked as an educational adviser and trainer for German at secondary schools and as a lecturer at the universities of Stuttgart, Tübingen, and Augsburg. She also served as an adviser and state coordinator for German at the Baden-Württemberg Centre for School Quality and Teacher Education and participated in central state commissions. In 2022, she was appointed professor at the University of Greifswald. Her academic areas of focus include the theory and practice of literary interpretation, literary learning, literature and education, children’s and young adult literature on the Holocaust and National Socialism, and the teaching of medieval literature.
