Rezension von EliWow, this book was something else… This story started with a marriage and I would never expect anything. It wasn’t really as dark as the others in the series it was more dramatic really deep, and full of confusing secrets. But wow I’m really impressed. I still prefer Landon and his book. In second place is God of Fury, and this one comes third but it was still really, really good. People are comparing Eli to Aiden but Eli is the Aiden version of his last book (Twisted Kingdom) where Aiden was literally a green flag. Eli sacrificed so much for Ava their love story and marriage was really deep and dramatic I couldn’t put that book down. The plot twist are again soooo insane and the yearning just OMG. Eli did literally everything thing for Ava even the things he was scared of and thought he would never do but he did literally everting just to protect her and makes her happy. I never expected what happened to Ava is such a plot twist for people who read (Ruthless Empire) and how they handled it. I would sell my soul for a husband like Eli. I can’t believe I’m done with the second generation. I already miss them, but I’m excited because I still have two books left from the Heathens second generation.
Rezension von SarahGod of War really stood out to me because of how emotional it was. Beyond the action, the story dives into themes like mental health, inner struggles, and dealing with the past. It felt raw and honest at times, which made the characters more real and relatable. I especially liked how it showed growth and vulnerability without losing intensity.
