I craved more insight into their individual struggles. Jack's home life, in particular, seemed glossed over, leaving much to my imagination. This story might appeal to fans of slow-burn romances or marriage-of-convenience tropes. However, I thought the narrative could have been condensed by about 50 pages.

Jack and Rose they were just so freaking adorable together from the start, i truly loved the tension between them aghhhhhh , this man made my giggling and kicking my feet all the fucking time i read his pov oh godddd unbelievable he’s sooo fine asf, their feelings oh dear lord it’s so beautifully done

At some points I enjoyed the relationship between the two, but that changed from moment to moment. He gave massive obsessive stalker vibes and that was a big no-no for me. If it wasnt for that and the whole storyline behind it, I would have rated it way higher. The only line that stuck to me: ,Rough life, stalker life’ - not a good sign I guess.
