Viktoria Ritter

Viktoria Ritter has a professional background in human resources, psychology, and marketing research. After finishing secondary school, she volunteered in the social sector in São Paulo, Brazil, where she developed an interest in human behavior. In 2014, she graduated with honors from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, specializing in organizational psychology. She subsequently worked as a researcher at the Deutsche Post Endowed Chair of Strategic Marketing at Steinbeis University, where she helped develop and implement training programs. She completed her dissertation in 2021.
