Thomas Stauder

Thomas Stauder, born in 1960, studied German, English and Romance languages and literatures in Erlangen, Canterbury and Siena. He completed his habilitation in Romance Philology at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and worked as a visiting professor in Vienna, Innsbruck, Mainz and Augsburg. As a translator, he translated fiction and nonfiction from English, French, Italian and Spanish. Authors whose works he translated include Umberto Eco and Bob Woodward.
