Violeta Topalova

Violeta Topalova, born in 1975, studied American studies and comparative literature in Tübingen, Germany. From 2003 onward, she worked as a literary translator, translating children’s and young adult literature as well as nonfiction from English, and in some accounts also from Bulgarian, into German. Authors whose works she translated include Ali Benjamin, Matt Haig, Robert Ludlum, Colleen McCullough, Ewan McGregor, and Julia Walton.
