Stefan Vogt (born 1968) is a German historian. He completed his doctorate at Freie Universität Berlin and worked, among other institutions, at the University of Amsterdam, New York University, and Ben-Gurion University in Beersheba. He was a research associate at the Martin Buber Professorship for Jewish Religious Philosophy at Goethe University Frankfurt and taught there as a Privatdozent in the Department of History. His research focuses on German-Jewish history, the history of nationalism, and German colonial history. In 2006, he published the book “Nationaler Sozialismus und Soziale Demokratie.”
