Micha-El Goehre (born 1975 in East Westphalia) is a German author, stage poet and presenter. From 2002 onward, he performed at more than 1,800 poetry slams in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Belgium and Switzerland, and also worked as a DJ and radio presenter. He is particularly known for the “Jungsmusik” trilogy about a group of heavy-metal fans, which attracted attention from both music journalists and readers. His other publications include essay and text collections as well as contributions to anthologies and magazines. In 2018, a live audio drama based on the first “Jungsmusik” novel premiered.
