Matthias Haase

Matthias Haase was born in Munich in 1957 and trained as an actor at the University of Music and Theatre in Hanover. After three months of street theatre in Germany, Switzerland and Italy, he was engaged at Schauspielhaus Köln from 1984 to 1990, where he performed in works by Lessing, Schiller and Thomas Bernhard, among others. He also appeared in numerous film and television productions and participated in more than 200 radio plays for German broadcasters. He additionally worked as a dubbing, radio-play and audiobook voice actor.
