Helga Kohler-Spiegel

Helga Kohler-Spiegel (born 1962) is an Austrian scholar and psychotherapist. Her academic career includes a professorship in human and educational sciences, with a focus on educational psychology, religious education and interreligious education, at the University of Teacher Education Vorarlberg, as well as professorships and leadership roles in Lucerne and St. Gallen. She is also a psychoanalyst, training therapist and supervisor. From 2008 to 2013, she served as editor of the journal Katechetische Blätter. In 2016, she received the Science Prize of the State of Vorarlberg. Her publications include the children’s book “Does God Look the Same All Over the World?” (2021).
