Harriet Grundmann

Harriet Grundmann (born 1969) is a German author and visual artist. She grew up in Büsum on the North Sea and studied teaching and applied cultural studies in Lüneburg and Barcelona. During her training, she worked as a teacher and later spent several years as a copywriter. She has published numerous read-aloud stories, picture books and educational materials with various publishers; her books have been translated into several languages. Alongside writing, she works as an artist and created the “Edition Gute Geister” brand. Some of her publications also appeared under her maiden name, Harriet Grunewald.
