Ellen Heinrichs

Ellen Heinrichs is a journalist and an expert in constructive journalism. She began her career at the Rheinische Post. At the international broadcaster Deutsche Welle, she contributed to its digital transformation and to the development of the DW Akademie. She also founded the internal knowledge network DW Minds. Heinrichs was the first German to take part in the Constructive Institute’s fellowship program at Aarhus University in Denmark. She founded the Bonn Institute for Journalism and Constructive Dialogue and became its managing director in 2022.
