Annika Joeres is a German journalist and author. She worked as a climate reporter for the investigative newsroom correctiv.org and reported for DIE ZEIT from France. Her work focused on cross-border investigations into Europe, energy policy, climate change and lobbying. In 2020, she co-authored the book *Die Klimaschmutzlobby* with Susanne Götze. She received the NDR Sachbuchpreis in 2022 for *Klima außer Kontrolle* and was honored with numerous journalism awards for her investigative reporting.
