Christiane Grefe

Christiane Grefe, born in 1957 in Lüdenscheid, studied at the German School of Journalism and political science in Munich. She worked as a freelance journalist for Natur, Geo Wissen and the magazine of the Süddeutsche Zeitung, and was a reporter for Die Zeit from 1999 onward. She co-authored The Global Countdown with Harald Schumann.
