Evelyn Roll

Evelyn Roll (born 1952) is a political scientist and journalist. From 1983 onward, she worked for the Süddeutsche Zeitung in various roles, including reporter, columnist, and senior editor. She received the Theodor Wolff Prize for her journalism. Roll has written, among other works, a major biography of Angela Merkel and the polemical book »Wir sind Europa! Eine Streitschrift gegen den Nationalismus« (2016).
