Benny Morris

Benny Morris is a historian and emeritus professor of history at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He is associated with the “New Historians,” a group of scholars who examined the history of Israel and the Arab-Israeli conflict from a critical perspective. His publications include Righteous Victims: A History of the Zionist-Arab Conflict, 1881–1999 (2001), The Birth of the Palestinian Refugee Problem Revisited (2003), 1948: The First Arab-Israeli War (2008), and One State, Two States: Resolving the Israel/Palestine Conflict (2009). His biography Sidney Reilly: Master Spy was published in 2022.
