Barbara Rieger

Barbara Rieger was born in Graz in 1982. She studied in Vienna and graduated from the Leonding Academy of Literature. She is an author and writing educator affiliated with BÖS. Her publications include the novel “Friss oder stirb” (2020) and “Reigen Reloaded” (2021), her edited reworking of Arthur Schnitzler’s “La Ronde.” Together with Alain Barbero, she edited the literary and photography blog “Café Entropy” and several anthologies. An excerpt from her work “Eskalationsstufen” received the Marianne von Willemer Women’s Literature Prize from the City of Linz.
