Uwe Ritzer (born 1965) is a German journalist who worked as a business correspondent for the Süddeutsche Zeitung. He became known chiefly for investigative reporting on questionable dealings in the energy sector, the Gustl Mollath case and the ADAC manipulation scandal. His journalistic work received several awards, including the Wächter Prize, the Henri Nannen Prize and the Helmut Schmidt Journalism Prize. His books include Die Affäre Mollath (2013, with Olaf Przybilla), Lobbykratie (2016, with Markus Balser), Markus Söder (2018, with Roman Deininger) and Die Spiele des Jahrhunderts (2020, with Roman Deininger).
