Tilmann Lahme

Tilmann Lahme (born 1974) studied German, history and philosophy in Kiel and Bern. He worked as an editor in the feuilleton section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and taught at the University of Lüneburg. A literary historian, he published extensively on the Mann family, including a biography of Golo Mann in 2009. For The Manns: A Family History (2015), he examined the extensive family correspondence of the Manns, much of it previously unknown.
