Tania Witte

Tania Witte is a writer, journalist and spoken-word performer. Trained in media education and adult education, she has written novels and short stories for young people and adults, as well as columns, profiles and essays. Her publications include three literary novels, among them “Marilu”, and the young adult novel “Die Stille zwischen den Sekunden” (2019). She received the Felix Rexhausen Special Prize for her journalistic work in 2016, the Martha Saalfeld Literature Award in 2017 and the Mannheimer Feuergriffel in 2019. Her work was also supported by grants from the state of Lower Saxony and the German Literature Fund.
