Stephan Heinrich Nolte

Stephan Heinrich Nolte (born 1955) studied medicine and cultural studies in Göttingen, Freiburg, and Paris. After training as a pediatrician and clinical work in Freiburg, he served as a senior physician at the University Children’s Hospital in Marburg from 1990 to 1992. He then worked as a pediatrician in private practice in Marburg until 2022. He also undertook further training in psychotherapy and journalism and taught at Philipps University Marburg. He published specialist articles, columns, and accessible guidebooks on medical, ethical, and cultural-historical subjects. His international experience included work in Rwanda, India, and Nepal.
