Stefanie Bender was born in 1984 and is an author of short stories, anthologies, novellas, and novels. She began writing at school, with one of her early efforts being a horror story about a cellar filled with hundreds of cats. From 2011 onward, her work was published by various publishers. She has also written stories for children and contributed to creative writing education.
