Claudia Speer

Claudia Speer was born in 1967 and studied jewellery design in Pforzheim, Germany. After attending a writing workshop in 2012, she began writing short stories and novels in various genres. Her work has appeared in anthologies and has been submitted to literary competitions. She is known in particular for a four-part historical novel series about the eccentric knight Guy of Gisborne and his scribe Jakob, which began with *Der Auftrag des Normannen* and continued with *Der Normanne, der Knappe und das verschenkte Schwert*.
