Paula Lambert (born 1974) trained in journalism at the Axel Springer Academy in Berlin. She worked as an editor at Die Welt and as a freelance writer for publications including Geo, Die Zeit, mare, and Emotion. In 1999, she received the Axel Springer Award. She also became known for the television programs Im Bett mit Paula (ZDFkultur), Paula kommt (Sixx), and No Body ist Perfect – Das Nackt-Experiment (Sat.1), as well as for her twelve-year column in GQ. In 2014, she initiated the #Paulaliebtdich campaign against pressure on women to optimize their appearance.
