Norman Liebold (born 1976) is a German writer, actor, and artist. He has published novels, novellas, literary fairy tales, stories, and short fiction, as well as plays and radio dramas. His literary work encompasses social novels, crime fiction, fantasy, and horror, often crossing and playfully questioning genre boundaries. With a background in literary studies, Liebold approaches literary conventions and social realities critically and humorously. He illustrated some of his own books and also created drawings, paintings, jewelry, and sculptures. In addition, he worked in traditional crafts, particularly leatherwork and metalwork, and played instruments including clarinet, saxophone, and flute at public readings.
