Monika Li

Monika Li, born in Heidelberg in 1985, grew up bilingually speaking German and Hungarian. She studied German, philosophy and Sinology at Heidelberg University and National Taiwan University, where she first went to Taiwan in 2009 as a scholarship holder. She began translating Taiwanese and Chinese literature into German in 2020.
