Markus Kleinknecht

Markus Kleinknecht studied history and subsequently worked in various television news departments. As a TV journalist and editor in Hamburg, he covered subjects including police stories and court proceedings. Real criminal cases and experiences from this reporting found their way into his thrillers, including *Sturmgepeitscht*, *Hamburg im Zorn* and *Bist du nicht willig*. He is particularly known for the thrillers featuring the Hamburg journalist couple Charlotte Sander and Jan Fischer.
