Maren Kroymann

Maren Kroymann is a German actress, cabaret artist, singer and audiobook narrator. She became known through the television series “Oh Gott, Herr Pfarrer” and later through “Mein Leben & Ich”. Her stage programme “Auf du und du mit dem Stöckelschuh” brought her to television in 1982. With “Nachtschwester Kroymann”, she became the first woman to host her own satire show on German public television. She appeared in numerous film and television productions, including “Verfolgt”, “Klimawechsel” and “Enkel für Anfänger”. Her ARD sketch comedy series “Kroymann” received, among other honours, the Grimme Award, the Bavarian Television Award and the German Television Award. She was also awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and received the German Audiobook Award for Best Performer in 2024.
