Lino Wirag

Lino Wirag (born 1983 in Pforzheim) is a writer and cultural studies scholar. He studied literary writing in Hildesheim, as well as in Freiburg, Konstanz and Finland, and received a doctorate in Freiburg for work on comic aesthetics and comic drawing. His first novel was “Monstersohn.” Earlier, he published shorter texts in magazines including “BELLA triste,” “Titanic” and “Das GEDICHT.” His other publications include “Du hast mir den Kopf fairtrade” (under the name Rolf Rugenwälder), “Der Herr des Cringe” and the game “Crazy Yatzi.” He also moderated the poetry slam in Pforzheim for around 20 years.
