Lena Marbacher

Lena Marbacher (born 1981) is a designer with a doctorate and a freelance journalist. She earned her doctorate in art and design at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and previously worked as a partner in a self-organized consultancy. Marbacher was a co-founder of the magazine and media company Neue Narrative and its associated publishing house, NN Publishing GmbH. Her work as a designer has focused on agile design processes, self-organization and participation in companies. She is a co-author of the bestseller Unlearn Patriarchy, to which she contributed a chapter on work, and has written for publications including Der Freitag.
