Klaus Ramm, born in 1939, is a German literary scholar and publisher. He studied German literature, philosophy and psychology in Graz, Tübingen, Berlin, Kiel and Würzburg. Until 2003, he was a professor of literary studies at Bielefeld University. His publications include works on twentieth-century literature, concrete poetry and radio drama. He was co-editor of the series *Frühe Texte der Moderne* and chair of the Oskar Pastior Foundation. In 1985, he received the ZEIT Prize for Small Publishers.
