Kathrin Schrader

Kathrin Schrader holds a doctorate in political science and is a professor of social work focusing on people in precarious living conditions at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Her research interests include intersectionality, gender-based violence and feminist political economy. She has many years of experience in social work, including work in a women’s shelter, psychiatry, drug services and the field of prostitution. In 2020, she co-founded the Network for Feminist Intersectional Perspectives on Violence with three colleagues.
