Katharina Seiser

Katharina Seiser (born 1974 in Upper Austria) trained as a magazine journalist, cook and communications scholar. From 2001 onward, she wrote culinary articles for magazines, newspapers, books and online media. Her best-known books include „Immer schon vegan“, „Österreich vegetarisch“, „Österreich express“ and the „Jahreszeiten-Kochschule“. She also edited a series on vegetarian cuisines from different countries and worked as a columnist and culinary expert on television.
