Richard Rauch

Richard Rauch is an Austrian chef. At the age of 18, he took over his parents’ restaurant, the “Steira Wirt” in Trautmannsdorf; at 19, he received his first Gault Millau toque. In 2015, he was named “Chef of the Year.” He also became known through his appearances on the television programme “Frisch gekocht.” His cuisine combines traditional Austrian influences with cosmopolitan elements.
